Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a 12-hour day shift in Alton, Illinois. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients, including those with neurological events like stroke or transient ischemic attack, and patients requiring telemetry monitoring without immediate cardiac instability. You'll work in a facility that handles medical, surgical, and infectious disease cases, managing advanced medication infusions such as non-titrating cardiac drips and performing detailed neurological assessments.
