Job Description:

Join the team on a 13-week assignment as a MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Rochester, NY. This role offers 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend off, giving you a balanced work schedule. You will be responsible for managing a patient load with a 1:5 to 1:7 ratio, including interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, utilizing rapid response and code teams effectively, and performing IV therapy and phlebotomy. Epic charting experience is required, along with ACLS and BLS certification. Floating within skill sets such as cardiac monitoring and emergency response is expected. This position not only challenges your clinical skills but also immerses you in a facility that specializes in acute stroke and neurological care, emphasizing evidence-based practice to optimize patient outcomes.
