Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in ECMO procedures in Minneapolis. This contract opportunity requires hands-on experience managing ECMO machines, airway management, and ventilator troubleshooting in adult critical care settings. You'll work 3 nights a week, with 12-hour night shifts, providing essential respiratory care to patients with complex conditions such as ARDS, pneumonia, and COVID-19. The role involves operating advanced airway devices, administering medications via aerosol and nebulization systems, and interpreting arterial blood gases. If you're comfortable floating within your scope to meet department needs and hold current certifications like ACLS, BLS, PALS, and an active Minnesota RRT license, this position offers a rewarding chance to showcase your specialized skills in a busy, state-of-the-art facility.
