Job Description:
This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity for a Cath Lab Technologist to work in a busy cardiac catheterization unit. You will be responsible for monitoring and sedation during complex procedures, supporting a team including nurses, RTs, hospitalists, and cardiologists. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, with a schedule that includes weekends and on-call shifts, ensuring a dynamic work environment. Expect to work with advanced technology such as Cerner EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and GE and Siemens C-arms, while providing critical support during scheduled cases and emergency procedures. This assignment is perfect for a professional with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience, preferably with ICU or cardiac stepdown background, seeking varied daily activity and a collaborative team atmosphere.
