Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care hospital as an Oncology Registered Nurse specializing in outpatient chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments. This role features a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a unique opportunity to experience the specialized care of hematologic malignancy and oncology patients in a Level I Trauma Center setting. You will be responsible for managing IV therapies, administering blood products, preparing and monitoring chemotherapy treatments, and supporting patient and family education. The outpatient unit operates 24/7 with private rooms and treatment chairs, handling both scheduled and emergency evaluations. This position offers a guaranteed weekly schedule of 36 hours over a 13-week assignment, with four weekend shifts required, and a focus on comprehensive oncology care in a team-focused environment.
