Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist RRT in Grand Junction, Colorado, for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment. You'll be providing advanced respiratory care to patients, performing diagnostic tests, initiating treatment protocols, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on self-care techniques. This role offers the opportunity to work night shifts (12-hour nights), where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes while allowing for some quiet, productive hours during low census times. Acting as a resource and mentor to colleagues, you'll also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols, ensuring best practices are followed across the department.
