Job Description:

Join a team as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Tucson, Arizona, where you'll take on the vital role of delivering patient care across multiple departments within a supportive float pool setting. This assignment offers a unique chance to work in a diverse hospital environment, rotating between four facilities, including Northwest Medical Center and Oro Valley Hospital. Your responsibilities will include applying critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe and effective patient care. You'll be coordinating with hospital staff, managing patient priorities, and maintaining clinical competencies while adapting to different unit protocols. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses who thrive on variety and enjoy the challenge of working across different clinical areas, all while providing excellent care during night shifts that span 12 hours each.
