Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP RN) contract immerses you in the rewarding world of maternity care during overnight shifts. You will be responsible for caring for low to moderate risk laboring patients, antepartum women, and postpartum mothers along with their newborns. Your duties include triaging patients in dedicated rooms, performing exams, circulating during C-sections in the OR suite, and managing newborn transitions such as initiating NRP and starting CPAP or PPV when needed. With an emphasis on independence, this role offers a chance to lead patient care during night hours in a Level III trauma teaching hospital setting.

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
