Job Description:

Join a cardiology stepdown unit in Albany, Georgia, where you'll be responsible for managing acute cardiovascular cases, including post-surgical patients, CHF, and arrhythmias. This role involves reading and interpreting cardiac strips, titrating drips such as Cardizem, amiodarone, and heparin, and providing care for patients on BiPAP, CPAP, and Vapotherm. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts with a team that values efficiency and teamwork, often floating to adjacent units when needed. The position offers a unique opportunity to refine your cardiology skills in a fast-paced environment with a discharge and admit rate that keeps your days engaging and challenging.
