Join this fast-paced Emergency Room as an experienced RN, where you'll manage a diverse caseload ranging from minor walk-ins to critical trauma cases. Expect to float between Adult and Pediatric ER settings, providing vital care during 12-hour night shifts. You'll interpret EKGs, assist with triage, and support patients through their urgent needs while navigating a busy environment that handles approximately 325 visits daily. With significant ER experience, particularly in pediatrics and adults, you'll be integral to a team that responds swiftly to everything from respiratory failure to substance abuse cases.
