Job Description:

This pediatric PACU RN position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical recovery setting. You will be responsible for caring for pediatric patients recovering from anesthesia, focusing on monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and ensuring smooth recovery transitions. The role involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM across four 12-hour shifts per week, providing a structured and predictable schedule. What makes this assignment stand out is the emphasis on pediatric post-anesthesia care with no on-call duties, allowing you to enjoy your days off without interruption. Candidates must have 2-3 years of pediatric post-anesthesia care experience and hold an active D.C. nursing license.
