Job Description:

This registered nurse position in the Emergency Department offers a hands-on role in delivering immediate care to patients during night shifts in a busy trauma level III facility. You'll utilize your critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to anticipate patient needs, coordinate care, and supervise staff, all while maintaining your clinical competencies. The assignment involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM over 13 weeks, with the opportunity to float as needed. Charge nurse experience is preferred and can add extra value to your role in this setting.
