Job Description:

This RN position at Mercy Hospital Springfield's Seminole Surgery Center offers an engaging opportunity to work within a well-equipped surgical setting. You will circulate in the OR for adult and pediatric patients, managing sterile procedures and supporting anesthesia care during procedures. The role involves quick thinking and attention to detail across multiple specialties, ensuring safety and efficiency in a team-oriented environment. Unique to this assignment is the chance to float to the main OR as needed, providing a variety of surgical cases and patient interactions that keep the day interesting without straying from your core nursing expertise.

Job Specifics:

Location: Springfield, MO
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday (0630-1500)
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours per week, with extra on weekends as required by the facility
