Job Description:

Join a specialized neuro unit at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, where you'll be part of a team caring for patients recovering from stroke and neuro surgery procedures. This night-shift RN position offers an engaging opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment like the Tele neuro cart, managing patient ratios of 6:1. You will utilize your 2+ years of experience, including NIH and back surgery expertise, to provide attentive and precise care in a setting that values a positive attitude and attention to detail. Expect a schedule of 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks, with every other weekend off. Your work will directly contribute to caring for a diverse neuro patient population in a facility known for compassionate service and innovative treatments.
