Job Description:
Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist in Hazard, KY, where you'll be at the forefront of advanced cardiac and radiology procedures. You'll work in a setting equipped with two cath labs and a rotating electrophysiology (EP) lab, performing approximately 8-10 procedures daily. Your responsibilities will include table panning, scrubbing on diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases, and assisting with devices such as Shockwave, Balloon Pump, Impella, and pacemaker or ICD implants. Cross-training options in EP ablations are available, and experience with radial and groin access is preferred. This contract offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge devices, high-stakes STEMI alerts, and a collaborative team of RNs and Rad Techs. Expect a role that’s both challenging and rewarding, with duties that keep your skills sharp in a vibrant cardiac imaging setting.

Job Specifics:
Location: Hazard, KY
Shift: 10-hour days, 4 days per week (07:00 - 17:30)
Duration: 13 weeks, with an estimated weekly gross pay of $3,133.60 totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
Note: Applicants must live 75+ miles from the facility. Call duties include responding within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts, with 8-15 call days per month and one weekend every three weeks. The role involves supporting high-pressure cardiac procedures, flexible call responsibilities, and a team-oriented environment.
