Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit for an exciting 13-week travel assignment. This role requires collaboration with experienced nurses in a setting that features heavy tele and advanced patient monitoring. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing care to patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, trauma, GI bleed, and neurological injuries. The unit often manages ventilator and trach patients, offering you an opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment where resilience and adaptability are essential. Flexibility is key, as floating to higher acuity units might be needed, and occasional on-call hours will be part of your week.
