Job Description:

Join this Sheboygan Med/Surg team for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour mids. You'll be overseeing a variety of patient types, including post-op orthopedics like hip and knee replacements, as well as general medical conditions such as CHF, COPD, and other respiratory or chronic illnesses. This role offers a hands-on experience managing wound care, IV starts, drips like insulin and heparin, and stable trach management. You’ll collaborate closely with supportive departments including phlebotomy, RT, hospitalists, and OT/PT, all while working with the EPIC EMR system. The unit has a friendly staffing ratio and a schedule that balances weekday and weekend shifts, with opportunities to work up to three holidays. It's a great chance to refine your skills in an engaging setting and enjoy the calming Wisconsin scenery after your shift.
