Job Description:

Join a busy mixed acuity unit specializing in medical, oncology, stroke, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and pulmonary care. As a registered nurse in this role, you'll manage a variety of patients including those requiring drips such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lasix, and Insulin, as well as post-procedure care following heart caths and pacemaker placements. The unit is known for its fast-paced environment where you'll need to keep your neuro expertise sharp, especially when caring for stroke patients. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, offering a chance to experience the hospital during quieter hours while making a significant impact.
