Job Description:
This ultrasound technician role offers the chance to work across general radiology and cardiology cases in a vibrant setting. You'll perform inpatient, outpatient, and ER ultrasounds, with daily caseloads averaging around 15 scans. Your responsibilities include imaging the abdomen, OB, small parts, kidneys, and vascular structures using PACS, portable devices, and following specific procedures. The four-day, 10-hour shifts from 2 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. provide a structured schedule, and on-call rotations with full-time technologists ensure variety in your workweek. This assignment is a great fit for those with at least one year of experience and those comfortable working in a busy environment with a diverse case mix. An additional peek into your role involves collaborating with other staff, managing imaging equipment, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images for physician review. If you enjoy a fast-paced, clinically rich environment with a touch of teamwork, this contract might be your next exciting opportunity.
