Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity for nurses to utilize their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will provide direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles to ensure seamless support across units. Success in passing a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test is required before starting, adding a layer of focus to your clinical expertise. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, along with administering medications and treatments according to protocols. You'll also collaborate closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care and meet discharge planning needs. Your leadership will be vital as you supervise LPNs and assistive personnel, making this an excellent fit for nurses ready to make a meaningful impact over the course of 13 weeks.
