Job Description:

Join our team on a 14-week travel respiratory therapy contract at a busy Midtown hospital in Columbus, Georgia, where you'll be essential in managing advanced respiratory cases in a level 2 trauma center. This role involves performing non-invasive ventilation, arterial blood gases, bedside pulmonary function tests, and managing ventilator settings for a diverse patient population from infants to geriatrics, including primarily adult RRTs and pediatric intubated patients. The shift is 12-hour nights, and you'll work every other weekend, floating within the facility and to sister campuses as needed. This contract offers the chance to hone trauma and pulmonary skills while working in a well-equipped environment with systems like Epic, Pyxis, and GE Carescape. Your expertise will contribute to life-saving interventions in a hospital known for its stroke certification and NICU transport services.
