Job Description:

Join us as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Issaquah, where your expertise in stroke protocols and chart abstraction will be essential. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to stroke workflows, conducting detailed chart audits, and supporting the stroke program without direct patient care. You'll work across Cherry Hill and Redmond locations, floating as needed, and contribute to critical quality measures like AHA guidelines and Epic data extraction.
