Job Description:

This contract position involves providing specialized nursing care within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit during night shifts. The selected nurse will coordinate care planning, administer medications, monitor physiological changes, and address the psychosocial needs of neonates. A key aspect of this role is educating and supporting families during a critical time. The nurse will supervise and delegate responsibilities to ancillary personnel, ensuring safe and effective care, and will also be cross trained to support Pediatric services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a focused setting that emphasizes detailed neonatal care, with a playful reminder that you'll be deeply involved in caring for our tiniest patients.
