Job Description:

Join the radiology team at South Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach for a 13-week contract performing MRI scans in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for experienced MRI technologists proficient in routine MRI, MRA, Body, MSK, and Neuro imaging, including contrast injections and IV training. You'll work during overnight 10-hour night shifts, providing essential imaging services using the Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI scanner. The workload involves approximately 8 procedures daily, with a patient ratio of one every 45 minutes. You'll collaborate closely with a small, skilled team including a clerical staff member and fellow MRI technologists, in a facility known for its advanced equipment and streamlined documentation systems such as Meditech, GE PACS, and Intelerad. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive environment that values patient experience and technical proficiency.
