Job Description:

Step into a critical care role in the CVICU, where you'll be an integral part of the cardiac team managing patients recovering from open-heart surgeries. This assignment involves working night shifts, with 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll need to be comfortable floating within your scope of practice and have a minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience, including open heart cases. Experience with EPIC documentation and ACLS/BLS certification are essential. Expect a ratio of 1:2 and every other weekend coverage, providing a challenging but rewarding environment to hone your skills on a 13-week contract.
