Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Kerrville, Texas, where you'll be vital to a dedicated healthcare crew on unit 2W. This role offers a unique experience working 12-hour day shifts, providing hands-on care for a patient ratio of 1:5. You'll be part of a four-week schedule that includes weekend shifts—specifically Saturday and Sunday for day shifts, or Friday and Saturday nights if you prefer the night option. As a traveler here, you'll have the opportunity to float to nearby units as needed, broadening your skill set. This assignment is perfect for experienced nurses with an RN license and at least one year of hospital experience. Certifications such as BLS are required, while PALS, ACLS, and CPI are preferred. Expect a lively and rewarding environment where teamwork and compassionate care are at the forefront.
