Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position involves working with advanced Impella and CRRT/NXSTAGE equipment, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for all lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts, utilizing a variety of sophisticated devices such as Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, and Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines. Expect to float across all ICU units, including the ED and PACU, to care for patients with complex needs, sometimes on a 1:3 or even 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios.
