Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Room team at a critical access hospital where you'll be the frontline responder to a diverse patient mix, ranging from pediatrics to adults. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour mid-shift rotations, with the opportunity to triage patients directly and manage common ER scenarios such as chest pain, abdominal pain, SOB, and trauma cases. The ER handles approximately 35 patients daily, supported by a team of MDs, an APP, RTs, and dedicated nursing staff. Your skills in procedural sedation, TNK, and ER drips will be vital, and experience with well-rounded trauma cases is preferred. You will work with modern radiology and monitoring equipment, including x-ray and CT imaging, and have access to a safe room for seclusion when needed. This assignment offers a chance to experience a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise helps stabilize and ship out critical patients—all while enjoying the scenic surroundings of Mountain Home.
