Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week assignment as an ER RN in the vibrant community of Sahuarita, Arizona. This role offers 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing ample opportunity to experience the local scenery and unwind after shifts. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, utilizing your critical thinking and leadership skills to prioritize patient needs and ensure safe, efficient treatment within a busy ER setting. The position requires floating flexibility, with a patient ratio of 4:1, and involves working with Cerner or Firstnet EMR systems. Expect an engaging environment where your expertise helps navigate complex cases while supporting your colleagues and maintaining clinical standards.
