Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing opportunity is located at a leading medical center in Omaha, Nebraska, on a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. As a Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN, you’ll be working on a unit that handles a variety of complex cases, including orthopedic surgeries, pulmonary and sepsis patients, and those with cardiac, renal, endocrine, and psychiatric conditions. Travelers should be prepared for frequent floating across different units, such as 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, and others, to meet staffing needs. The unit is a secured environment, with dedicated training provided for safety and de-escalation procedures, especially when caring for behavioral health patients. Your responsibilities will include managing drips, charting in EPIC, and providing high-quality care for a diverse patient population. Experience in a large, urban hospital setting with at least two years of prior RN experience is required. This is an excellent role for RNs looking to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility that values safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
