Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg RN floating across various medical units in a large hospital setting. This contract offers the opportunity to provide general medical and surgical care to a diverse patient population, including those with chronic illnesses, gastrointestinal issues, infections, neurological disorders, and mental health conditions. Your duties will include patient assessments, care planning, administering IV therapies, managing wound vacs, and utilizing equipment such as telemetry monitors and electronic health records. Experience in a facility with over 600 beds and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience is required. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, with three weekends worked every four weeks, and you may float to other medical units based on staffing needs. This assignment combines professional challenge with the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient recovery in a dynamic hospital environment.
