Job Description:

Join a rural emergency department where you'll be at the heart of fast-paced, high-acuity care. This 13-week RN contract places you in a 20-bed ED that handles a diverse patient mix, with patient ratios typically around 1:4 or 1:5 during surges. Your shift will be nights, working 12-hour shifts to keep the department moving smoothly through the overnight hours. You’ll be expected to bring at least one year of emergency experience and be comfortable managing peripheral IVs, stroke protocols, sepsis, and STEMI cases. This role offers a chance to sharpen your emergency skills while experiencing life in a welcoming, less urban setting that values your expertise.
