Job Description:

This Medical Surgical RN position involves working in a 32-bed unit with day shifts, providing essential patient support and care during busy daytime hours. The role offers flexibility with options of 36 or 48-hour work weeks across 13-week contracts. Travelers will navigate the EPIC documentation system while maintaining a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll be expected to float within your scope and work weekends, with at least 6 shifts required every six weeks. The assignment is an excellent chance to gain diverse experience in a fast-paced setting, with no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work experience. Scrub color is flexible, provided it doesn’t display a hospital logo. Depending on your certification, BLS is required, and CPI is preferred. This role is perfect for nurses eager to immerse themselves in a dynamic, supportive environment, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability.
