Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to step into a fast-paced Emergency Department where you'll be at the forefront of acute care. When not needed in ED holding, you'll have the opportunity to float to medical-surgical and telemetry units, providing versatile skills in diverse clinical settings. Your expertise in evidence-based practice, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and regulatory requirements will ensure precise assessments and effective patient management. Hands-on tasks include performing clinical procedures such as IV insertions, Foley catheter placements, and dressing changes, while effectively educating patients and families. You'll be adept at using telemonitoring, ventilators, and safely administering medications, all while recognizing and responding to changes in patient conditions. This role encourages independence and teamwork, with a focus on safety and professionalism, making each shift both impactful and engaging.
