Job Description:

Join us as an MRI Technologist in a vibrant radiology department, where you'll be responsible for performing a full spectrum of MRI studies using GE 450W and GE Signa Excite scanners. This contract offers the opportunity to work primarily during evening shifts, including varied hours such as 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays, and a 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM shift on Saturdays. The schedule is flexible, with the manager open to discussing block scheduling options, and you'll be integral in supporting inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different patient populations are key to succeeding in this role. Additionally, you'll handle significant case loads, averaging 15 cases per day, providing valuable experience across different clinical scenarios without performing cardiac MRI onsite. The setting offers a professional yet collaborative environment where your expertise with EPIC charting and your certification in BLS and ARRT will ensure smooth operations. This 13-week assignment promises a comprehensive exposure to diverse MRI procedures, perfect for techs with at least 1.5 years of experience eager to grow their skills in a supportive workplace.
