Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse role involves working in a hybrid unit with a focus on patient stabilization and recovery. The assignment offers a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, with floating responsibilities across various units to support the hospital’s operational needs. You'll collaborate closely with support teams that include phlebotomy, respiratory therapists, and supervisors, enhancing your experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. An emphasis on patient safety and efficient care delivery makes this position both challenging and rewarding, ideal for travelers with prior PCU experience and first-time travelers comfortable working in a 1:7 ratio setting when floated to Medical-Surgical units.
