Job Description:

Join our team at a busy Mother Baby unit that handles approximately 150-180 births each month, including high-risk pregnancies such as preeclampsia and diabetes. Your role involves attending deliveries independently, circulating during C-sections, assisting with catching and transitioning babies, and managing postpartum care for mothers and newborns. With a focus on LDRP experience, you will be working in a unit equipped with 34 beds, triage beds, and advanced fetal monitoring technology, including telemetry systems. The environment offers the chance to work with a dedicated team supporting 24/7 OB specialists, anesthesiology, and neonatology in a setting that values both compassionate care and clinical excellence. Expect to titrate drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin, and coordinate care for complex cases while adhering to AWHONN guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios.
