Job Description:

Join a welcoming and collaborative medical-surgical unit in Kerrville, Texas, for an engaging travel nursing experience. This role involves caring for adult patients in a unit where patient ratios are typically 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Floating to other units like 2W, CDU, and ARU may be required. You will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with an experienced team. This assignment is perfect for a compassionate RN with at least two years of med-surg and short stay experience, who is comfortable with telemetry and holds current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. First-time travelers are welcome based on experience. Expect to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a unit that values teamwork and a caring attitude.
