Job Description:
Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery/Postpartum team for a 13-week travel assignment in Shelby, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts in a well-equipped hospital setting with a focus on labor management, cesarean sections, newborn resuscitation, and epidural and Pitocin administration. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, comfortable working in an LDRP environment, and adept at managing multiple patient types, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. You'll be supporting a unit with a strong sense of teamwork, working alongside resource nurses, routinely floating within a regional network, and utilizing advanced technology like Epic EMR and fetal monitoring equipment. This assignment not only challenges your clinical skills but also immerses you in a hospital culture centered on collaboration and patient-centered care.
