Job Description:

This travel nursing role places you on the night shift within a versatile Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit in Durango, Colorado. You'll be part of a floating team that covers a wide range of adult patients with diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, and post-surgical cases. The assignment offers the opportunity to work across multiple units—from general medicine to specialized areas such as orthopedics and emergency observation—allowing you to gain broad experience in a fast-paced environment. Expect to collaborate with a designated charge nurse, work 12-hour night shifts, and support the unit's staffing needs on a flexible schedule. Your responsibilities will focus on patient monitoring and support, with a chance to refine your skills through short unit/orientation periods and a carefully coordinated float system that exposes you to various clinical scenarios.
