Job Description:

Step into the role of a Registered Nurse in the bustling Emergency Department at Northwest Medical Center, located in sunny Tucson, Arizona. You will be responsible for delivering patient care during overnight shifts—from 7 PM to 7:30 AM—covering 38 beds in a Trauma Level III, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving environment. Bring your critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs, delegate care efficiently, and supervise assigned staff. This assignment offers a chance to demonstrate your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting while maintaining your clinical competencies through ongoing education. Willing to float and possibly step into charge nurse responsibilities? Additional compensation is available for those with charge nurse experience. This contract provides a unique opportunity to work within a supportive team, directly impacting patient outcomes in a dedicated emergency setting.
