Job Description:

This neuro-med surg unit offers an engaging opportunity for registered nurses experienced in trauma and neuroscience care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized care to patients with conditions such as stroke, spine surgery, seizures, brain tumors, and head injuries. The role involves managing high-level neuro assessments, titrating heparin drips based on PTT, and troubleshooting advanced equipment like ventilators and telemetry monitors. With dedicated charge nurses and a supportive team, you'll experience a setting that demands precision and expertise, all while enjoying a schedule that respects your need for rest and recovery.
