Job Description:

This cardiac telemetry nursing role offers an engaging opportunity to work with adult patients experiencing potentially life-threatening cardiac and multisystem conditions. You will be responsible for monitoring patients with complex cardiovascular diagnoses, including MI, unstable angina, and sepsis, utilizing advanced cardiac telemetry systems. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule, with weekend coverage required on an alternating basis. Flexibility to float to similar units or other facilities ensures a dynamic work environment where adaptability is valued. Expect to administer vasoactive medications, perform complex procedures like defibrillation, and closely monitor patient responses. Your experience with EPIC and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS will be essential as you make a meaningful impact during this 13-week assignment.
