Job Description:

Join a high-acuity step-down unit in Dayton as a step-down registered nurse, working 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. This role involves managing complex cases such as stroke, sepsis, COPD, and urology complications, with a focus on critical thinking and efficient time management. The position offers the chance to work with advanced cardiac monitoring, ventilators, and trach management in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes—so bring your A-game and your best scrub game. You’ll be the first to float when needed, supporting various units across Premier Health campuses, including Dayton, Centerville, and Englewood. It’s a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in a level 1 or level 2 hospital setting, with exposure to high-risk respiratory care and stroke protocols.
