Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical Surgical RN team at a 40-bed facility in Bluffton, Indiana, for a 13-week travel assignment. This night shift position focuses on acute care with telemetry, providing opportunities to manage a variety of patients on the surgical floor and swinging beds. The schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with no on-call requirements. You'll be working with a patient ratio of 1 to 6 for acute and 1 to 10 for swing beds. The role emphasizes clinical skills such as IV starts, nursing assessments, and telemetry monitoring. Previous ICU drips experience and proficiency in Cerner EMR are preferred. This assignment offers a competitive hourly rate of $75, and travelers must be over 50 miles from the facility.
