Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at a busy medical-surgical unit where you'll work with adult and geriatric patients recovering from various surgeries, particularly orthopedic procedures. This role involves managing a patient ratio of 1:6 in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Cerner electronic health records and IV pumps. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your med-surg and post-surgical care skills, supporting patients through their recovery process while keeping up with a dynamic floor. The assignment offers a mix of day shifts and a supportive team atmosphere, making it both challenging and rewarding.
