Job Description:

Join a busy Interventional Radiology department at a renowned academic medical center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role involves scrubbing in and assisting with a wide variety of complex procedures such as stroke interventions, tumor embolizations, thrombectomies, Y-90 treatments, and biopsies. You will work alongside seasoned neurosurgeons and IR physicians in a collaborative environment that values both precision and teamwork. Expect to be actively involved in patient preparation and procedural support, maintaining a smooth workflow across eight specialized rooms. The setting provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a Level 1 Trauma Center, supporting a diverse patient population with diagnoses ranging from strokes and cancers to complex vascular occlusions. The department features state-of-the-art Siemens, GE, and Philips imaging systems, and employs EPIC Encompass for electronic medical records.
