Job Description:

Join our pediatric physical therapy team in Macomb, Illinois, for an engaging 13-week contract that offers a fulfilling outpatient experience. In this role, you'll work primarily with children experiencing orthopedic conditions such as hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, back, and neck issues, along with vestibular disorders and post-CVA recovery. Your expertise in pediatric orthopedic therapy will be essential as you manage a diverse patient load, adapting your approach based on daily census and scheduled hours. The setting offers a mixture of outpatient treatments with occasional inpatient weekend coverage, providing a well-rounded, hands-on pediatric PT experience. You'll be working four 10-hour days each week, with some weekend rotation every six weeks, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal time. The department provides a department-specific orientation to get you settled, and you'll follow a dress code of black scrubs or a black collared shirt with khaki pants.
