Job Description:

Join a busy surgical team as a CVOR Registered Nurse in Indianapolis. This circulating role involves supporting cardiovascular surgeries, including complex procedures like heart and lung transplants, aortic dissections, and ECMO cases. You won’t be scrubbing in, but you’ll be at the heart of the action in the operating room, coordinating the flow of surgeries and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Expect to work 10-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and about one call weekend every six weeks. The assignment is ideal for experienced OR nurses comfortable with Level I trauma settings or eager to gain that experience. This position offers the chance to work in a modern surgical environment within a short-term acute care facility, providing valuable hands-on experience in high-stakes procedures while enjoying the steady rhythm of day shifts.
