Job Description:

This telemetry nursing role involves providing specialized care for neuro-medicine and neurosurgical patients in a 92-bed unit. You will focus on managing acute stroke, seizure episodes, congestive heart failure, sepsis, and acute myocardial infarctions. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, offering a chance to work through the quiet hours of the evening and into the early morning. Expect to handle a patient load aligned with a 1:4 RN-to-patient ratio, ensuring you can deliver attentive, focused care while navigating complex neurological and trauma cases. This contract not only develops your skills in drip management and telemetry but also lets you experience a vibrant healthcare setting that values specialized expertise and quick decision-making.
